Artwork Submission Guidelines

Please follow these procedures before submitting artwork.

  •  Preflight all files before submitting.

  •  For magnesium dies allow 1/2” dead metal on all 4 sides from edge of image. For copper dies 1/4” excess on flat stamp die and 1/2” excess on embossing die.

  •  Convert all fonts to “outlines”.

  •  Convert all elements & copy to 100% black spot color in vector eps or pdf formats.

  •  File should include only elements & copy that is needed on finished plate.

  •  Send file at 100% (actual size for finished plate).

  •  Once you have checked your file, please email a PDF proof and final artwork to artdept@scengravinginc.com.
